Who we are
This website, azozvisiongt.com, is run by Azoz Vision General Trading L.L.C ("Azoz Vision GT", "we", "us"), a general trading company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We decide how the personal information described here is used, which makes us its "controller" under data protection law.
This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and the choices and rights you have. It applies only to this website, not to other websites we may link to.
What we collect
When you contact us
If you use the contact form, we receive:
- your full name;
- your company name, if you give it;
- your email address;
- your phone number, if you give it;
- the product you are interested in, which may include the products you selected on our Products page;
- the quantity and delivery location, if you give them; and
- your message, if you write one.
If you email us directly, we receive the details you choose to give us, such as your name, email address and the content of your message.
When you visit the website
Like almost every website, the server that hosts this site automatically records basic technical information about each request: your internet (IP) address, the date and time, the page requested, your browser type and the page you came from. These logs are kept by our hosting provider to keep the website secure and running.
To stop the contact form being misused for spam, we briefly keep a scrambled code made from your IP address together with the times of your recent messages. The code cannot be turned back into your address, and it is deleted automatically within 24 hours.
What we do not collect
This website does not use cookies, visitor statistics, advertising tools, social media plugins, embedded maps or videos, or any other tracking technology. See our Cookie Policy.
Why we use it and our legal basis

We do not use your information for marketing emails, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run this website and our email:
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany), which hosts this website and processes the server logs and the contact form on our behalf.
- Zoho Corporation (Zoho Mail), our email provider, which delivers and stores the messages we receive.
These providers may use the information only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, for example to a court or a regulator, or to protect our legal rights.
International transfers
We are based in the United Arab Emirates, and this website is hosted in Germany. Our email provider may store messages in other countries, including the United States. If you contact us, your information will therefore be handled in these countries. Germany is in the European Union and applies the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Where the law requires additional safeguards for a transfer, we put them in place, for example the data protection terms and standard contractual clauses offered by the provider concerned.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and correspondence: for as long as we need them to reply and to manage any business relationship that follows. If no business relationship follows, we delete them within 24 months of our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
- Server logs: for a short period set by our hosting provider, after which they are deleted automatically.
- Spam-prevention codes: no longer than 24 hours.
How we protect it
The whole website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The contact form checks everything it receives, and it sends your message straight to our inbox without saving it on the web server. Access to our email and hosting accounts is limited to the people who need it. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your information;
- ask us to limit how we use it, or object to how we use it;
- ask for your information in a format you can take elsewhere;
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent; and
- complain to a data protection authority, such as the UAE Data Office, the authority in the EU country where you live, the UK Information Commissioner's Office, or the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity first. We will reply within the time the law allows, normally within one month. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.
If you live in the United States
Some US states, including California, give their residents privacy rights where a business meets certain thresholds. Where those laws apply to us:
- In the last 12 months we have collected identifiers (name, email address, phone number, IP address), your company name, the content of your messages, and basic technical information about your visit, for the purposes described above.
- We do not sell or share your personal information as those laws define it, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information. So there is no need for a "Do Not Sell or Share" choice.
- You may ask to know, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. You may also ask someone to make a request for you, with your written permission.
Children
This website is for businesses. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy if what we collect or how we use it changes, for example if we add a new tool to the website. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
