Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a keyboard instead of a mouse, a screen reader, screen magnification or voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we have done
- Every page has a clear title, one main heading and headings for each section, in a logical order.
- Text and buttons meet the WCAG contrast requirements, and text can be enlarged to 200% without loss of content.
- Every link, button, menu, the enquiry builder, the questions and answers and the contact form work with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline.
- A "Skip to content" link lets keyboard users go straight to the main content.
- Form fields have visible labels, and errors are explained in words next to the field they concern.
- Images have text descriptions.
- Movement is kept small, and it is switched off if your device is set to reduce motion.
- The layout adapts to phones, tablets and large screens without sideways scrolling.
Known limitations
We are not aware of any accessibility barriers at the moment. If you find one, please tell us using the details below.
How we tested
We tested the website ourselves in November 2026 with automated checks (axe), a full keyboard-only walkthrough, and checks at phone, tablet and desktop sizes. We will test again whenever the website changes significantly.
